If you need to sell your home quickly, you want to set the price of your home to where it will sell. If you want to leave room for some negotiation, you can price your home a little higher (but not too high or it may affect viewings and offers).
Depending on why you’re selling your home, you may have different ideas of where to price your home. No matter what your situation is, make sure that when you choose the listing price for your home that you leave room to negotiate. You never know what kind of offers you are going to receive, so make sure you’re prepared up front; start with setting a price that leaves you room to negotiate with potential buyers.
