How Do You Respond to a Low Price Offer?
What happens if you get a low offer? Don’t take it personally! Sometimes a low offer is just the beginning of negotiations. Take each offer and look at them objectively: let’s look at the price, the down payment, the terms of the agreement and then go back with a counter offer. Low offers are simply the starting point of negotiations!
Work with your realtor on all of the offers you receive for your home and go through the ones you would like to work with. Remember, sometimes that low offer is just the start, so you may not want to immediately dismiss it. See where you can go and decide from there.
